At Karasa Plus, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund under the following conditions.
Eligible Refund Cases
✅ You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:
Within 3 days of your first subscription if you have not generated any documents.
In the event of a documented technical failure that completely prevented use of the service.
In the case of a duplicate charge or payment processing error.
Non-Eligible Refund Cases
❌ Refunds are not available in the following cases:
More than 3 days after the subscription start date.
If you have generated even one document — no refund after first use.
Auto-renewal subscriptions after the renewal notice has been sent.
Mid-cycle cancellations (your subscription remains active until end of the billing period).
How to Request a Refund

Send an email to info@procure.sa with the subject "Refund Request".

Include: your name, registered email, payment date, and reason for the refund request.

Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and you will receive a response.

If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period and will not renew afterwards.
