Each service (generation / review / bid evaluation) has its own independent monthly quota — using one service does not affect the others.

Acceptable Use

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to project documentation.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• Do not attempt to bypass or exploit platform restrictions.
• Do not use the platform for purposes that violate Saudi regulations.

Intellectual Property

Documents generated through your use of the platform are your property. Procure Business Solutions Establishment retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, its algorithms, and design.

Pricing & Billing

• All prices include VAT (15%) in accordance with Saudi regulations.

Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
